Family

Each photo is shown the way it will look in the memorial video — framed, with its caption. Tap the star to choose it for the family collection.

This is the big picture of Dad at the top of the public page. Swap it any time — a photo (JPG/PNG), a video (MP4), or a YouTube link. It fits itself into the same white frame. Only the family can change it.

Whatever you put here plays PUBLICLY on the front page for every visitor. Slot 1 shows first; with both filled they sit side by side. Any size — it goes straight to Drive, not through the site.

Pick a batch, give each one its caption, upload. Photos join the library above; videos go safely into the collection (they are NOT shown on the front page — the "Front page videos" card above controls that).

Columns: A the task · B "before" or "after" · C assigned to · D due date · E cost ($) · F contact. Only A is required. Uploads only ADD — nothing existing is overwritten, and duplicates are flagged and skipped.

From Google Sheets: File → Download → CSV or Excel, then upload it here. Columns: A name · B party size · C phone / contact info. Only the name is required — phone or any contact note comes along with each person.
